Youth: Strength & Endurance

Our Youth: Strength & Endurance class will improve speed, agility, stability, flexibility, strength and overall athletic performance. We have two options to commit to. A 2x per week option best for pre-season conditioning and a 3x per week option best for post season athletes.

We don't focus on one specific sport as we train multi-sport athletes, but we understand the necessary requirements to ensure athletes progress and peak at the right time. 

  • Ages 11 - 14

  • Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday 5:10pm

  • Classes are 50-minutes of fun and focus.  

  • Bring your water bottle!
